Man Places Genitalia On Woman Riding UES Train: Police
Officials said that a man placed his penis on a woman's arm last month as a train rode into an Upper East Side station.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A sexual predator is wanted by police after officials said he placed his penis on a woman's arm inside a subway car.
On March 2, a 49-year-old woman was riding a downtown-bound 4 train at around 7:45 a.m., police said.
As it approached the 86 street subway station, an unknown man approached her, officials said.

The man then placed his penis on her arm, according to police, and then fled the train.
Officials said the sexual abuser was last seen fleeing out of the 86 street station.

No injuries were reported, police said.
In addition to a released image, officials described the suspect as between five foot nine and six feet tall, slim, and wearing a dark colored hat, dark colored jacket with a fur collar, black pants and brown boots.
