New Birch Coffee Coming To UES
Birch Coffee is opening in the East 70s in early 2025, a spokesperson confirmed.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY – From cannabis to caffeine: a currently under construction Birch Coffee location will soon breathe new life into an Upper East Side storefront.
Patch dropped by the address, 1501 1st Avenue between East 78th and 79th streets, after tipster Peter S. spotted a change.
A mid-to-late January opening is anticipated, a Birch spokesperson told Patch, meaning that the New York City specialty coffee chain will soon operate nearly a dozen locations in Manhattan, including two locations in the neighborhood (at East 62nd and 88th streets).
