“I lived in the Upper East Side — right down the street from the location — for a portion of my life, so it feels like a full circle moment to be opening a studio here," Genevieve Ross, Reforming Pilates owner, said.
The studio features 10 reformer machines on each floor, and a private studio with a private entrance dedicated to one-on-one sessions, the company said. The props are all by fitness company Bala, and the studio expects to hold 12 one-hour classes per day, the company said.

Prices begin at $50 for a 60-minute drop-in class.
"Our studio will bring New Yorkers a unique and boutique experience with hands-on adjustments from our expert instructors, plenty of space to move your body throughout the class and of course, an intense workout that will have you shaking — in the best way possible," Ross said.
Reforming Pilates is located at 1305 Second Ave. between East 68th Street and East 69th Street, and will open on May 25. For more information, click here.
