Police Search For Missing UES Person: NYPD
Frank Cruz, 86, went missing on Wednesday afternoon. Police say he has dementia.
UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man suffering from dementia went missing on the Upper East Side Wednesday afternoon, according to the 19th Precinct.
Frank Cruz, 86, was last seen at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday at East 71st Street and York Avenue, officials said.

Have you seen 86-year-old Frank Cruz? He was last seen today, February 8th at 2:15pm walking south on York Avenue near East 71st Street, Upper East Side, wearing clothes in photo. Missing suffers from dementia.

He was last seen wearing the same clothes in the released image, police said.
