UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — Thirty-one Manhattan homes worth more than $4,000,000 sold in the past week, and eight of them have Upper East Side addresses, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The top contract inked this week was a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom condo on Billionaires' Row for more than $54,000,000.

Further uptown, the prices were comparatively more modest. The top contract on the Upper East Side this week went for $15,950,000, and four of this week's top sales were all in the same building in Lenox Hill. The brand-new condo building is being developed by Naftali Group.
