Man Jumps In Front Of UES Train: NYPD
A man jumped in front of a 5 train Thursday afternoon inside the Lexington Avenue-59th Street station, police said.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A man jumped in front of an Upper East Side train Thursday afternoon, police said.
An NYPD spokesperson told Patch the incident unfolded along the 5 line inside the Lexington Avenue-59th Street station.
Details about the incident remained scant Friday afternoon.

Police originally told Patch they received no reports about a jumper, but instead said a man who felt sick and dizzy fell onto the tracks about 3:30 p.m.
It was unclear whether those were separate incidents Thursday.
