Tea House Opens Upper East Side Location

Prince Tea House, which operates four stores in Brooklyn and Queens, opened its first Manhattan location on the Upper East Side.

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — There's a new spot on the Upper East Side to grab a cup of tea and dessert.

Prince Tea House celebrated the grand opening of its new store on York Avenue between East 80th and 81st streets this week, the business' owners said on social media. The new store serves up a selection of teas from France, cold drinks and handmade desserts.

"We are not only delivering quality and delicious desserts & tea, but also aim to bring happiness to each one of you," the business said in a Facebook post announcing its opening. "Our goal is to create an environment where everyone filled of joy."

Prince Tea House's new location is its first in Manhattan. The business currently operates four locations in the outer-borough neighborhoods of Flushing, Astoria, Sunset Park and Bensonhurst.
