UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — A slew of new restaurants are coming to the Upper East Side, including a private club, a new spot from Chef Daniel Boulud and a relocation of a First Avenue ramen standby.

Here's all of the new spots coming to the Upper East Side:

Surrey Hotel & Casa Tua

The longtime East 76th Street hotel is under new, London-based owners and are seeking to renew their hotel license.

But more interestingly, the hotel is looking to open a branch of the elite private club, Casa Tua. The members only club was founded in Miami Beach, and has locations in other elite locations like Aspen and Paris.

A representative for the hotel said in a Community Board Eight meeting Tuesday night that the hotel and club should generate around 300 jobs.

New Unnamed Daniel Boulud Restaurant

Chef Daniel Boulud — who used to operate Cafe Boulud inside the aforementioned Surrey Hotel until its closure two years ago — is planning to open a new restaurant at 100 East 63rd Street, near Park Avenue.

The spot is "one of the oldest continuously used restaurant spaces in the city," said a representative, with a restaurant operation at the address since 1928.

A basement space with seating for around 30 people will be available for private dining experiences.

Boulud's new spot is in partnership with a French team of real estate investors and the co-op that owns the space is in full support of the to-be-named restaurant, which is set to open this September.

Chef Boulud has many roots in the Upper East Side. In addition to his late venture at the Surrey Hotel, Boulud also owns the heralded French restaurant, Daniel, on East 65th Street.

IKYU

Set to finish construction by the end of the month, Japanese restaurant IKYU will soon feed Yorkville residents at 1718 Second Avenue, between East 88th and 89th Streets.

Peng's Noodle Folk

The longtime ramen spot is moving avenues after developer Extell filed plans to demolish several buildings on the Yorkville corner this past November.

Peng's new spot will be located at 1016 Lexington Avenue, between East 73rd and 74th Streets.

Fumo

Taking over the former home of recently closed Who's Jac W? will be the third location of Italian restaurant, Fumo.

Located at 1626 Second Avenue between East 84th and 85th Streets, the spot is a full-service Italian restaurant, but specializes in pizza. They may have plans for future sidewalk seating for a few tables, but did not present any plans for such at Tuesday's community board meeting.

Fumo also has locations in Harlem and on the Upper West Side.
