Car Plows Into UWS Scaffolding On Riverside Drive: FDNY
The crash was reported just after 1 p.m. Tuesday, fire officials said.
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - A car collided with scaffolding on Riverside Drive Tuesday afternoon near 97th Street, authorities said.
The crash took place about 1:09 p.m. and caused the side wall of the sidewalk shed to be dislodged, an FDNY spokesperson told Patch.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. The scaffold company was notified to make the necessary repairs.
