Upper West Side Cyclist Killed In Crash, Police Say
No arrests have been made, police said.
UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — A 78-year-old Upper West Sider was struck and killed while riding his bicycle on Riverside Drive, New York City Police Department officials said Friday.
The victim, Geoffrey Radbill, was biking northbound near 820 Riverside Drive in Washington Heights around 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 7 when a silver 2021 Toyota sedan hit him from behind, according to the NYPD.
The 37-year-old driver remained at the scene, police said. Radbill was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem with serious injuries and was later pronounced dead, police said.

No arrests have been made, and the NYPD Highway District’s Collision Investigation Squad is investigating the fatal crash, police said.
