UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - An Upper West Side man is accused of setting a small fire midday Monday on a popular block of swanky restaurants in the neighborhood, authorities said.

Robert Paulino, 42, of 108th Street, was charged with arson in connection with the fire, which was set about 12:15 p.m. near The Ellington restaurant at the intersection of Broadway and West 105th Street, police said.

The intersection boasts other upscale dining spots like Serafina and Silver Moon Bakery.
