Police Seek Upper West Side Shooter

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Police are looking for a man who fired a gun during a December argument on the Upper West Side, officials said.

The incident all started when the gunman and a 39-year-old man were having some sort of argument on Dec. 30 at about 5:20 p.m. near West 61st Street and Amsterdam Avenue, police said.

Suddenly, the man pulled out a pistol and fired one round towards the 39-year-old, according to police, and then fled south on Amsterdam Avenue.

Police said there were no reported injuries.
