These 30 UWS Eateries Are Taking Part In NYC Restaurant Week
Reservations opened in recent days for New York City Restaurant Week, which includes special deals and dozens of Upper West Side eateries.

UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Upper West Side foodies rejoice! New York City Restaurant Week is here for the first time in the new year and there are dozens of eateries in the neighborhood taking part in the discounted prices.
This year's Restaurant Week will start next week and run through Feb. 12. Reservations opened for the participating eateries on Tuesday.
"The program will offer prix-fixe menus starting at $30 at hundreds of participating restaurants and neighborhood favorites across the five boroughs," the website states.

There are 16 less Upper West Side eateries participating in the first NYC Restaurant Week of 2023 than the last Restaurant Week of 2022 that took place during the summer.

So, when are the best deals?
Depends on how and when each restaurant participates.
Restaurants typically opt into meal periods from Monday through Friday, according to the event's site.
Saturdays are excluded from the program, while Sunday participation is optional.
"The Winter 2023 program features a trio of pricing options ($30, $45, $60), which restaurants may offer during meal periods of their choosing (lunch, dinner or both)," the website states.
