UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - A 20-year-old Upper West Side man has been reported missing over the weekend, authorities said.

Samuel Silva Reyes, of the 2500 block of Broadway near West 95th Street, was last seen Thursday about 10:38 a.m. leaving his home, police said.

Silva Reyes is described as a man with brown eyes and black hair standing about six feet two inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds, police said.

He was last seen wearing a grey sweater, black pants and blue sneakers, police said. Additional information was not immediately made available.
