• Judge rules against village of Voorheesville in Norfolk Southern dispute (timesunion.com) — A federal judge has cleared the way for Norfolk Southern to resume building a crew-change facility near School and Prospect streets in Voorheesville, despite the village’s attempt to halt work. Village officials argue long trains could block three intersections and delay emergency response and school traffic, while the railroad insists most trains won’t be long enough to cause major disruptions. 
• Madison Leonard Game Report: vs Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (maxpreps.com) — Albany Academy guard Madison Leonard just set a new career high with eight points and three steals in a win over Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk, adding to earlier performances including a six-point outing at Voorheesville. Leonard and the Bears now look to extend their nine-game home winning streak when they host Ichabod Crane on Tuesday evening.
