Beach Shabbat Service Canceled
Temple B'nai Torah's planned seaside event called due to forcasted wet weather Friday evening.

A Beach Shabbat service for congregants of Temple B’nai Torah in Wantagh that was planned for Friday night at Massapequa's TOBAY Beach has been cancelled due to forecasted inclement weather.
The outdoor service was to begin at 6:30 p.m. The National Weather Service is calling for scattered showers and thunderstorms in the area around TOBAY Beach this evening.
Tonight's seaside service had been re-scheduled from July 8, after that event also got cancelled due to wet weather.

Temple B’nai Torah is inviting people to now instead attend a Shabbat service at its congregation on 2900 Jerusalem Ave., Wantagh starting at 7:30 p.m. that will feature prayer and music.
Temple B’nai Torah is Reform Jewish congregation made up of more than 500 residents from Bellmore, Wantagh, Seaford, East Meadow, Merrick, Massapequa and Levittown.
