Crime Report: House Egged, Stolen Motorcycle, DWI
Recent incident reports in Wantagh and Seaford from the 7th Precinct.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau County Police Department's Seventh Precinct. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.
- A 2010 Black Yamaha R1 Motorcycle was reported stolen from the on 3267 Sunrise Hwy., Wantagh on Aug. 30.
- A woman on Woodward Avenue in Wantagh reported to police on Aug. 30 being the possible victim of a scam. After buying a car on Craigs List, the woman sent money via Western Union, according to police. An unknown suspect proceeded to ask for additional money leading the woman to feel as though it was a scam, police said.
- The front window of a residence on Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh was reported damaged by an unknown suspect(s) on Sept. 2 .
- A house on Allen Drive in Seaford was reported egged on Sept. 2.
- Assorted jewelry was reported stolen from a house on Beech Street in Wantagh between Sept. 3 -5.
- On Sept. 4, Timothy M Montgomery, 23, of Seaford was arrested at on 3728 Park Ave., Wantagh and charged with two counts of petit larceny. Authorities said Montgomery was acting suspicious and upon police arrival at the gym admitted to stealing money from a car in the parking lot.
- On Sept. 4, Jose A Arevalo, 30, of Bethpage was arrested on Sunrise Highway near Wantagh Avenue in Wantagh and charged with driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic law violations.
