Crime Report: Residential Burglaries, Stolen Tire and Rim
Recent incident reports in Wantagh and Seaford from the 7th Precinct.

The information is taken directly from the Nassau County Police Department's Seventh Precinct incident reports. None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime.
- A home on Twisting Lane in Wantagh was burglarized on April 24 with jewelry and money stolen. The point of entry was through a side window, police said.
- Assorted electronics and personal papers were reported stolen from a 2012 black Honda parked in the driveway of a home on Smith Street in Wantagh on April 24. No damage to the vehicle was reported.
- The convertible roof of a 2004 Chrysler parked in parking lot S6 of the station was reported cut on April 24.
- On April 24, Laura Algerio, 21, of Huntington Station was arrested at the Nassau County Police Department headquarters in Seaford and charged with fifth-degree grand larceny.
- A tire and rim were reported stolen from a 2011 white Hyundai parked on Wicks Avenue in Seaford on April 26.
- A house on Martin Court in Seaford was burglarized on April 27. Police said the point of entry was through a rear door but no items were removed.
- On April 28, Nazreen Ashraf, 45, of Amityville was arrested at the Nassau County Police Department Seventh Precinct headquarters in Seaford and charged with petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child.
- The Red Box video screen at on 3282 Park Ave., Wantagh was reported damaged on April 30.
