Anthony Flacomer, a former Seaford Middle School science teacher has died, at age 89.
Falcomer, who lived in West Nyack, NY was a World War II veteran who served the Army in the Pacific Islands, according to the website Legacy.com.
He graduated from Syracuse and earned Masters at Columbia University before becoming taking his first job teaching science at the middle school.
Falcomer went on to teach high school in Mineola and Nanuet High School in Rockland County.
He leaves a wife and tow daughters.
