June 2: School Board Meeting, Open Houses, Yoga Class

1. After a hot start to the week, Thursday will see cooler temperatures in the Wantagh-Seaford area with a high of 74 degrees under sunny skies forecasted by the National Weather Service. 

2. The Seaford Board of Education will hold a regular meeting this evening at starting at 7:30 p.m.

4. Elaine Fruchtman will be running a yoga class at the tonight starting at 7 p.m. Participants are asked to bring their own yoga mats. 

5. The annual Strawberry Festival sponsored by the Bellmore Kiwanis and Bellmore Lions will be taking place this evening from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.  The event continues through the weekend on 2351 Jerusalem Ave., North Bellmore
