The Wantagh eatery, which was under new ownership recently shut down, according to Newsday (paid site.)
The retro-looking burger joint looked like a 1950s style diner and had changed ownership in recent years.
In 2011, then-owner Keith Drucker told Patch he had bought the business because he " thought it would be a good opportunity to take an old fashioned burger joint and bring it up to modern times.”
A sister restaurant in Lindenhurst had also closed.
