Nassau Massage Therapist Charged With Sexually Abusing Client

A Queens man is charged with sexual abuse after police say he "inappropriately touched" a 20-year-old woman while giving her a massage Monday.

Nassau police responded to Unique Foot Spa at 3348 Jerusalem Ave. in Wantagh around 3:15 p.m.

According to police, Ruiwen He, 61, inappropriately touched the woman in her groin area while she was receiving a massage. The woman called the police. He left the scene before police arrived, but officers located him a short time later and placed him under arrest.

He, of Elmhurst, is charged with third degree sexual abuse and forcible touching. He will be arraigned Wednesday.
