Sports Radio Veteran Mike Francesa To Host Special 9/11 Show from Mulcahy's
Popular WFAN personality to broadcast from Wantagh venue Sunday morning celebrating 25th anniversary of his "The NFL Now" show while also commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Longtime WFAN sports radio host Mike Francesa will host a special show this Sunday morning at in Wantagh that celebrates the 25th anniversary of “The NFL Now” and also commemorates the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.
The popular "NFL Now", show which originated on WFAN in 1987, will broadcast in Mulcahy’s from 8 a.m. to Noon Sunday. The event has been organized as a charitable fundraiser with a portion of ticket sales going toward “Tuesdays Children”, a Manhasset-based non-profit organization that provides support for families of 9/11 victims and others impacted by global terrorism. The sold out event with the veteran sports radio host, which will air live on both WFAN and the YES Television Network, will feature a hot and cold buffet breakfast for attendees.
The event is open to the public starting at 11:30 a.m. when Mulcahy’s opens for business with 10 high definition screens available for people to view the opening games of the National Football League schedule.
