Library District Board Member Honored with State Library Award (weny.com) — West Elmira Library is among the Chemung County branches benefiting from longtime volunteer Joe Caparulo’s award-winning service. After three decades with Friends of the CCLD, he helped turn the annual book sale into a permanent bookstore, and new funding will add about 100 fresh children’s books to the district’s collections.
