Bon Jovi Sells West Village Home For $22 Million: Report
Bon Jovi just sold his West Village apartment and the price tag would leave most people living on a prayer.
WEST VILLAGE, NY — An opportunity to live like a rockstar is no more after Bon Jovi recently sold his West Village home for $22 million to the former president of Walt Disney Co., reported the New York Post.
The world-famous rockstar listed the four-bedroom pad at 155 W. 11th St. for $22 million in February.
Michael Ovitz, the co-founder of Creative Artists Agency and the former higher-up at the Walt Disney Co. paid exactly that price for the home, reported the NY Post.

The corner apartment is around 4,000 square feet with views of the Hudson River, according to a listing from Leonard Steinberg of Compass.
The listing adds that the apartment has a 40-foot living room with connected balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an elevator that opens directly into the unit.
