Comedian Louis C.K. Sells Lower Manhattan Townhouse For $6.5 Million
The sale comes a couple months after the stand-up comedian bought an apartment within a famous Greenwich Village address.

LOWER MANHATTAN, NY — Comedian Louis C.K. just sold his longtime Lower Manhattan home after recently buying an apartment in Greenwich Village.
The stand up comedian, who was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women in 2017, recently sold his townhouse at 25 Charlton St. in SoHo for $6.5 million.
He originally listed the home for $8.5 million, but lowered the prince to $6.5 million after a lack of interest. It is the exact same price he bought the 200-year-old townhouse with 13 rooms for in 20212, reported the New York Post.

Built in 1829, the SoHo address is made up of four floors that spans more than 4,800 square feet, and comes with a 40-square-foot terrace.
The comedian decided to downsize at the end of 2022, when he purchased a four-bedroom corner unit in the famous One Fifth Avenue address in Greenwich Village.

It was the first time the specific unit was on the market in 40 years.
Former residents of the building include Patti Smith, Brian De Palma, Keith Richards, and Tim Burton.
C.K. is also looking to sell another Lower Manhattan property at West 12th St.
The controversial comedian recently started a comedy tour that will include a sold out performance at Madison Square Garden on January 28.
