The Hudson Square neighborhood in Lower Manhattan is generally considered to exist between Clarkson Street on the north, Canal Street on the south, Sixth Avenue on the east, and West Street on the west.
It is just south of Greenwich Village.
The construction at the buildings on Hudson Street is already completed and Google plans to open the St. John's Terminal Site halfway through 2023.

"New York's energy, creativity and world-class talent are what keep us rooted here and why we're deepening our commitment with plans to purchase St. John's Terminal," said Ruth Porat, Alphabet and Google CFO, in a news release. "We look forward to continuing to grow along with this remarkable, diverse city."
The St. John's Terminal site encompasses two entire city blocks adjacent to Hudson River Park's Pier 40 — has 12 stories — and 1.3 million square feet of space.
The former freight terminal is already in the process of being redeveloped into a sustainable office building.
Google also has its New York City headquarters at 111 Eighth Avenue.
