WEST VILLAGE, NY — "Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe didn't have to cast a spell, but he just made a $400,000 profit selling his West Village home he first bought in 2008, multiple publications report and property records show.

Radcliffe first asked $5.65 million in June for the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom pad at One Morton Square, before settling on $5.3 million.

The apartment has views of the Hudson River, an L-shaped kitchen, two breakfast bars, and floor to ceiling windows.

Radcliffe isn't the only celebrity to have lived at the address, as it also has served as home to Mike Myers, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Amy Poehler and Will Arnett over the years.

The new owner of Radcliffe's old apartment will be the fashion magnate Fokke de Jong, who runs Suitsupply, reported Dirt.

Radcliffe has been in the news recently for the anticipated release of the biopic "Weird: The Al Yankovic Story," in which he plays Yankovic.

The Harry Potter star still owns a condo in NoHo.
