HUDSON SQUARE, NY — Affordable housing units at 111 Varick Street are now available on New York City Housing Connect.

The 30-story building offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments for households of one to five people. The building is close to the Avenue of the Americas/Broome Street bus stop and the 1, 2, 4, and 6 trains.

Monthly rent ranges from a studio apartment for $1,224 per month to a two-bedroom for $3,219 per month.
