Hugh Jackman Moves Out Of The West Village To Chelsea: Report
Hugh Jackman has officially left his digs on Perry Street to move into a Chelsea home along 11th Avenue, the NY Times reported.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — Hugh Jackman is officially swapping Lower Manhattan neighborhoods after closing on a deal for a home in Chelsea, the New York Times reported.
The famed actor is moving out of his West Village triplex on Perry Street and into a penthouse on 11th Avenue in Chelsea.
Jackman and his wife, actor Deborra-Lee Furness, paid $21.1 million for their new glass condominium home in Chelsea, the New York Times said.

The 11th Avenue home with 360 degree views of the Hudson River has 14-foot floor to ceiling windows, three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a library, and more than 3,700 square feet of outdoor space, according to a listing.
The elevator also opens directly into the apartment, and the building comes with a pool, fitness center, and sauna.

The building was designed by the famed architect Jean Nouvel, who won the Pritzker Prize for the Chelsea address.
Jackman's home on Perry Street has been on the market since June for $38.9 million.
The Wolverine actor and his wife are downsizing slightly, as their West Village home had five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and stretched three floors.
