'Million Dollar Listing' Broker Buys Office In The West Village

The broker team coming to the West Village was Manhattan's top earner last year, closing $492M in sales, reported The Real Deal.

WEST VILLAGE, NY — For fans of real estate reality TV shows, Fredrik Eklund needs no introduction.

The successful real estate agent, best known for his role in Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing," just bought an office in the West Village with his broker partner John Gomes, as first reported by The Real Deal.

The team will be working out of the 1,100 square feet space at 41 Bank St, which is the former home of Tiffany & Co.

The hybrid office and workspace is expected to open in the fall, reported The Real Deal.

Eklund and Gomes, who both work for Douglas Elliman, are the top producing broker team in Manhattan for 2021, when they closed $492 million across 140 deals, reported The Real Deal.

That means the team closed a deal every two and a half days.

Eklund and Gomes oversee a team of around 90 agents.

The move means the team will no longer be working out of its office at 936 Broadway in the Flatiron District.
