The building will be on the corner of 14th Street and Sixth Avenue, a bustling intersection that has four train entrances to the F and M line. You can also walk underground to the 1, 2, and 3 trains from the entrances.

The new boutique building will replace a four-story property that served as home to a pizza place, a Metro PCS, and a third business. All three of which have shuttered in recent years.
