The Greek Revival-style townhouse was built in 1847 and has six bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms.

"The parlor floor is elegant with high ceilings, plaster rosettes, a marble-mantled fireplace as well as full-height windows. The garden floor below is open with kitchen, dining room and sitting area; all with access to the gardens in the front and rear," reads a listing for the townhouse. "Additional features include 7 wood-burning fireplaces, original hardwood floors and a sunroom overlooking the gardens."

During his time leading WeWork, a commercial real estate company that provides shared office spaces, he bought homes all over the country, including in Gramercy, the Hamptons, Westchester and California, according to the RealDeal.

Neumann was eventually ousted in 2019 from the business he co-founded after questions arose about WeWork's actual value following its push to become a publicly traded company.

Since his departure from WeWork, he's begun sell many of his properties, including the California home in April 2021.
