WEST VILLAGE, NY — You, too, can live like Hugh Jackman, but first you'll need nearly $40 million.

Those not inclined to cook can also enjoy a dining service provided by chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's celebrated restaurant Perry St, also in the building.
The listing goes on to call the home "one of the most dramatic apartments in Manhattan."

The nearly $40 million sale would be quite the profit for Jackman, who bought the home in 2008 for $21 million.
Jackman is currently playing Harold Hill in "The Music Man," and received a Tony Award nomination for his performance.
