It is a single-family townhouse with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and roughly 5,500 square-feet of space.

Along with the basics of extreme luxury, it has three fireplaces, hardwood floors throughout, a garage, a 30' by 15' pool, an outdoor patio, and a rooftop area.

It was first built in 1889.

Corcoran, which is listing the apartment, is asking $45,000 a month for the apartment, $7,000 more than what Swift paid monthly in 2016.
