Area Businesses Offer Deals on Small Business Saturday

Mom and Pops from Hampton Bays to Westhampton Beach are offering loads of discounts and deals on Saturday and are putting out all the stops, running shop local campaigns, asking customers to sleep in on Black Friday and instead shop local on Saturday. 

Helping in the effort to promote Small Business Saturday are area Chamber of Commerces, as well as the Town of Southampton, which passed a memorializing resolution this week, asking residents to think about local shops when purchasing holiday gifts this season. 

In Westhampton Beach, not only will local stores be offering deals and discounts, but they will also be handing out American Express shop small swag like reusable shopping bags, door mats, pens, and balloons and hosting special events.

The following is a round-up of some local deals being offered on Saturday: 

Books and Books
Books and Books, of Westhampton Beach, is having local author Phil Keith (Black Horse Riders; Fire Base Illingworth) appear as a guest bookseller between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Shock
Shock of Westhampton Beach, is offering 20 to 50 percent off all merchandise.

Baby Shock / Shock Kids
Baby Shock / Shock Kids is offering 20 to 50 percent off selected merchandise. 

Beach Greenery
Beach Greenery, of Westhampton Beach, will have many sales and discounts throughout the store and they also have a wide selection of whimsical Christmas signs and ornaments. 

Vines and Branches
Vines and Branches, of Westhampton Beach, has special discounts and gifts available with certain purchases.

Roses and Rice Flower Shop
Roses and Rice Flower Shop, of East Quogue, has a number of in-store specials and new products on display.

Planet Fitness
Planet Fitness, of Hampton Bays, is offering no payment fees until the new year when customers upgrade or sign up for a Black Card.

GiGi's Kids
GiGi's Kids of Hampton Bays will be having a huge sale with 50 percent off all consigned clothes; 20 percent off all outerwear of hats, gloves, snowpants, wintercoats etc and 20 percent off all consigned  accessories and necessities from pak n plays, high chairs, toys & games, carriers, strollers and more.
