Cops: Homeless Man Stole Salvage Parts, Car
Also last week, police charged a Connecticut man with forcibly touching.

say they have have charged a homeless man in connection with a stolen car and salvage parts from J&V Auto Salvage Yard in Westhampton Beach.
According to police, on Sept. 4, at 11:03 p.m. police caught Tevor Harris, 39 loading $500 worth of stolen parts from the yard into a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder, which was reported stolen from J&V a month earlier.
Harris was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a felony; criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor and petit larceny, also a misdemeanor.

In other police news, Southampton Police charged a Connecticut man for forcibly touching a 35-year-old woman at a party that took place on Squires Avenue in East Quogue on Oct. 2, 2011.
Police say Diego Medina Calle, 23, of East Haven, was charged with the misdemeanor on Sept. 2 after several months of investigation. He was released on an appearance ticket.
