Photos: Christmas in September, Royal Pains Filming

Those heading through Westhampton Beach on Wednesday morning may have noticed it looks more like the holiday season as opposed to fall. That's because the USA network's Royal Pains is filming for it's fourth season.

On location were actors Paulo Costanzo and Brooke D’Orsay.

This is the second time this year that Royal Pains - about a physician who makes house calls for the Hamptons elite, as well as the everyman - was on location in Westhampton Beach. In April, cameras were spotted in front of the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center.

The show also filmed scenes for its third season on public streets of Southampton Village and in private homes.
