The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. Arrests A North Babylon man was arrested in West Islip on May 7 and charged with criminal mischief with intent to damage property. Joseph Pacifico, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip on May 6 and charged with grand larceny and auto stripping in the first degree.
