
Good Samaritan Hospital has announced its new “Powerful Tools for Caregivers” program, set to begin the first week of March.
The six-week course will meet on Wednesdays from March 7 to April 11, from 6-8:30 pm in the hospital’s Patio Café conference room.
The hospital said their new series will gives caregivers the skills and confidence to better manage their own well-being, while assisting loved ones.
Among the helpful lessons attendees will learn include:

- How to reduce stress
- Improve self-confidence
- Better communicate feelings and locate helpful resources
- Increase their ability to make tough decisions
- Balance their lives.
