Local Gas Guide: Cheapest Fuel in Town

Three stations in West Islip are offering regular fuel that's nearly the cheapest on Long Island, according to LongIslandGasPrices.com.

Valero, Gas Stop and Delta are all listing regular at $3.79 per gallon, which is just 6 cents higher than the Long Island low. 

And since September 1, gas prices on the Island have stabilized, with the average ranging from $3.94 to $3.96.
