The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.  A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. Arrests <ul> <li>On Jan. 7, James Scanapico, of West Islip, was arrested in Bay Shore and charged with possession of hypodermic instruments.  </li> <li>On Jan. 8, Michael Santerre, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip and charged with criminal obstruction.</li> <li>On Jan. 11, Frank Pace, of West Islip, was arrested in Patchogue and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.</li> <li>On Jan. 12, Peter Bartolomeo, of Babylon, was arrested in West Islip and charged with aggravated harassment. </li> </ul> Incidents  <ul> <li>On Jan. 7, there was a report of assault on Montauk Highway at 4:20 a.m.</li> <li>On Jan. 8, there was a report of criminal mischief on Udall Road at 9 p.m.</li> <li>On Jan. 10, there was a report of criminal mischief at Kennedy at 3 p.m.</li> <li>On Jan. 12, there was a report of burglary on Union Blvd. at noon. </li> </ul>
