The West Islip Lions are once again the kings of Suffolk County high school lacrosse. The team's 9-6 victory over the Patriots of Ward Melville gave the team its ninth consecutive County title in a division that is arguably the toughest in the nation. On Saturday, West Islip makes the trip to Hofstra to face Nassau Class A champ Syosset. Game time is 3:30 p.m.
