The Annual West Islip High School Golf Outing is approaching, but there's still time to sign up for those who wish to tee off. Now in its 16th year, the fundraiser will take place on Thursday, Aug. 9 at Timber Point Country Club in Great River. All are welcome to particpate, and proceeds will benefit the West Islip Alumni Association, West Islip Touchdown Committee and West Islip Lacrosse Club. Admission for the outing costs $200 and includes cart fees, breakfast, lunch, a sleeve of golf balls, gifts and a dinner and cocktail reception.
