3 Arrested After Early Morning Disturbances

The following arrest reports were provided by the White Plains Police Department, they do not indicate a conviction.

 

Police responded to two early morning incidents in downtown White Plains early Sunday morning, arresting three men they say became belligerent.

Two 21-year-old men were charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at  at about 2 a.m. Police say the men began fighting with security near the bars rear entrance after being kicked out of the bar.

Police say both men were throwing punches at security as officers arrived. Police stepped in and placed both men under arrest. The suspects were transported to police headquarters and charged.

Two hours later police responded to reports of a man walking down Mamaroneck Avenue shouting obscenities. According to police, the 21-year-old man turned onto East Post Road just before 4 a.m. and began kicking and punching a glass window in an effort to break it.

The man was also arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
