Drug Related Arrests at Winbrook Housing Complex
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

Police made two drug-related arrests in less than 24 hours Friday at the Winfield Housing Complex on Fisher Avenue in White Plains.
Two men banned from the complex's parking lot were walking in the area at about 6:15 p.m. Friday evening, police say. Since the men were banned from all White Plains Housing Authority buildings because of a previous incident, police approached the two men.

As Police approached, they say one of the men tossed something to the ground. That man, a 32-year-old from Greenburgh, was arrested for trespassing. The object the man threw away, police say, was a bag of marijuana drenched in Phenocyclidine, or PCP. Police also found a brown cigar filled with marijuana drenched in the same chemical nearby.
The man was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance—a misdemeanor.

A 29-year-old White Plains man police say was walking with the 32-year-old was also arrested and charged with trespassing.
Both men were held for court.
This is the second drug-related arrest on the complex that took place Friday. At 1:30 a.m. a 48-year-old White Plains man , police say.
That man was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance.
