Berkeley College in White Plains Named RecycleMania Champion

Berkeley College students, staff and faculty joined 605 college communities nationwide in reducing waste during the 12^th Annual RecycleMania Tournament. 

This year, 92 million pounds of recyclables and organic materials were recovered, which prevented the release of nearly 150,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. 

In a friendly Berkeley College in-house competition, the White Plains location in Westchester County, NY, was named RecycleMania Tournament Champion for Most Recycling.
