Bronx Man Arrested in WP for Heroin, Brass Knuckles

John Feliciano was arrested for possession of heroin, brass knuckles and driving with a suspended license on the Hutchinson River Parkway in White Plains Wednesday night.

Westchester County Police arrested a Bronx man for possession of heroin, brass knuckles and driving with a suspended license on the Hutchinson River Parkway in White Plains Wednesday night. 

John Feliciano, 35, was speeding and swerving when he was pulled over by county police around 8:30 p.m. near the Mamaroneck Avenue exit. The officer observed Feliciano staggering slightly when he was asked to get out of the car.

Police arrested him for Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI), a misdemeanor, and later found an envelope of heroin and brass knuckles in Feliciano’s red Volvo. Feliciano was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, criminal possession of a weapon, both felonies, and criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanour.

Feliciano was held at overnight at county police headquarters and was arraigned in White Plains City Court Thursday.
