Ding-Ding! Bicycle Sundays Set To Begin For 2025 Season In Westchester

There will be earlier hours on Sundays in June and July this year. So, get ready for the most fun you can have on two wheels.

WHITE PLAINS, NY — It's time once again for taking bike rides on the Bronx River Parkway.

The dates for the 51st annual Bicycle Sundays season for 2025 were announced by the Westchester Parks Foundation and Westchester County Parks.

Bicycle Sundays kicks off May 4 and will continue every Sunday in May, June and September — except for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.

Residents and visitors this year can enjoy earlier hours on Sundays in June and July as noted below:

  • May 4, 11, 18 — 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 — 8 a.m.- Noon Only
  • July 13, 20, 27 — 8 a.m.-Noon Only
  • September 7, 14, 21, 28 — 10 a.m.- 2 p.m.
  • October 5 — 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

The site of Bicycle Sundays is on the Bronx River Parkway from Exit 22 at the Westchester County Center to Exit 4 at Scarsdale Road in Yonkers.
