23rd Annual White Plains Historical Society Dinner

Dear Friend of the White Plains Historical Society: As our 23rd Annual Dinner invitations are still rolling off the presses, we'd like to give you a little preview of what's in store for the big evening. 

First, our dinner will be held again this year at The White Plains Woman's Club (The C.V. Rich Mansion) a National Historic Site in the heart of Gedney Farms.

Dinner is catered by our good friends at Caperberry Events.  

The Citizen Extraordinaire Honoree this year is former Councilman Dennis Power.

The guest speaker for the evening is author Joseph Cummins who will speak on "Anything for a Vote: Dirty Tricks, Cheap Shots and October Surprises in U. S. Presidential Elections." 

The evening will be capped by our Cemetery Restoration Raffle- the proceeds of which will be dedicated for the upkeep of White Plains' historic cemeteries and grave sites.  Grand Prize is a 32" Emerson HD TV, a gift of Walmart, First Prize is a dinner for 2 at 42 the Restaurant (a gift of 42 the Restaurant), as well as other prizes.
